Pixel's Summer Romance

This is my entry for 's contest.  The theme was something fun and summer related.  First off, that little shadow guy was an afterthought.    I kinda built the whole scenario around my OC Pixel since I just sketched her out.  I made up the background as I was going along with the coloring.  I'm pretty pleased with how this looks.  I haven't drawn Pixel is so long~!  T^T  Comments would be very appreciated.
