WanNyan and Neko Rawr!

This is my Secret Santa to or .  They have one user name and an account they share so I wasn't sure who to address it to.  O.o  They wanted one of their characters drawn with Ne, 's oc that represents herself.  Neko is a wolf girl who doesn't like girly things...I apologize right now for the background I just couldn't help it.  One I suck at backgrounds so I tried for something simple, which I kinda like >.> .  Two, the girly background just works with her.    I tried to make her sassy looking.  The reference that were pulled for Ne were the long haired version, so I assumed that's the one they wanted me to draw.
